Research Interests: My main focus is on the relationship between landscape connectivity and invasion, esp. how increased connectivity through structures such as corridors influences the pattern and process of invasion. I am also interested in restoration ecology, esp. restoring the forb component in California’s Central Valley grasslands. Other interests include management adaptations to climate change, ecosystem services (esp. with hedgerows and pollinator services), and general ecosystem management issues.
